Kristen Page is a disease ecologist who loves teaching Biology at Wheaton College.  When she is not learning about the transmission dynamics of raccoon roundworm or teaching courses including parasitology, global health and ecology, she loves to read.   This website is the result of her “unofficial sabbatical project” for the spring semester of 2016.  From reading day (12/14/15) until her first day back in the classroom, she will read as many books as possible – hopefully, 100 (or more).  The books on the “to read” list have been recommended by her friends and colleagues.  This blog is a place to record her thoughts as she reads, and also to list the books as she goes.
